The role of the Chief Administrative Officer, Kevin Miller, is to administer the business affairs of the Corporation in accordance with the policies and plans established and approved by Council.

The objective of the C.A.O. is to lead, direct and co-ordinate the department heads of the Corporation in developing, implementing and administering the objectives, policies and programs as established and approved by Council in accordance with all applicable by-laws and regulations.
