Description: A By-law to amend By-law Number 3738 which is a By-law to control noise in the Township of Sandwich West.

Date Passed: March 27th, 1984

WHEREAS By-law Number 3738 is a By-law to control noise in the Township of Sandwich West;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable by Council of the Township to amend said By-law as hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SANDWICH WEST ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Table 3-1 headed "Prohibitions By Time and Place" be amended by adding the words "save and except in the area described in By-law 3573" immediately after the work "firearms" as it appears immediately opposite item number 2 therein, so that item number 2 shall read as follows: -2. The discharge of firearms, save and except in the area described in By-law Number 3575.
    

2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final passing hereof subject to approval by the Minister of the Environment.
