Description:  A by-law to amend By-Law #3783 of the Corporation of the Township of Sandwich West (Town of LaSalle).

Date Passed: June 23, 1998

WHEREAS By-Law #3783 is a by-law to control noise in the Town of LaSalle;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said By-Law #3783.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LASALLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Table 3-1, Article 16, being the “operation of any equipment in connection with construction” as contained within By-Law #3783, be amended from the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
    

2. This By-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing thereof.

READ a first and second time and FINALLY PASSED this 23rd day of June, 1998.
