Town of LaSalle By-law By-law No: 6185 Description: A By-law prohibiting the persistent barking of dogs within the municipal limits of the Town of LaSalle. Date Passed: February 12, 2002 WHEREAS subsection 138 of section 210 of the Municipal Act authorizes Council to pass By-laws to prohibit or regulate within the municipality or within any defined area or areas thereof, the ringing of bells, the blowing of horns, shouting and unusual noises, or noises likely to disturb the inhabitants; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit the persistent barking of dogs within the municipality. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LASALLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
