Description:  A By-Law to amend the Portable Outdoor Sign By-Law, being By-Law No. 6613.

Date Passed:  February 13, 2007

WHEREAS By-Law No. 6613, being a by-law to amend the Sign By-Law of the Town of LaSalle, being By-Law No. 6407 was finally passed by Council on December 13. 2005;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed appropriate to amend the permit fees charged by the Town of LaSalle;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LASALLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 6613 is hereby deleted, and is substituted with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law.
    

2. All other sections of By-Law No. 6613, finally passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of LaSalle on December 13, 2005 be and the same are hereby confirmed.
    

3. This by-law shall come into full force and take effect on the final passing thereof.

Read a first and second time, and FINALLY PASSED this 13th day of February 2007.

Portable Sign Permit................$20.00 each permit

Sign Company Permit.............$25.00 per year.
