Weeds
Residents are reminded that after June 1 and throughout the season (until September 15) all persons in possession of land must maintain their property to be free of noxious weeds. If such noxious weeds are not destroyed, the Town may enter onto private property and remove the weeds, charging the costs against the land as set out in the Weed Control Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter W.5 Sections 3, 16 and 23.
