ADRENALINE PUMP
This non-stop class will leave you feeling worked but satisfied! A great mix of cardio and strength training stations will work you hard for 45 minutes. This class is ideal for the intermediate to advance fitness levels.

BEGINNER CYCLE
A great way to kick up your workout with this 30 minute beginner level cycling class that focuses on the basics of indoor cycling including bike set-up. This class will prepare you for Cycle 45.

CORE CONDITIONING
Tired of doing the same basic crunch and situps? This strength training workout will lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your entire abdominal area. Other body strength exercises will be added to provide you with a total core conditioning

EARLY MORNING BOOTCAMP
Check “lazy” when you come through the door. This total body workout will incorporate non stop combinations designed to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body. Enjoy a totally body circuit on Fridays to end your week. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you'll be ready for anything life brings.

LESLIE SANSONE WALK PROGRAM
A multi-muscle walk: not what you do in a typical walk around the block. All muscles are in motion and movie in many directions. If you can walk you can do this program.

TOTAL BODY - OUTDOOR FITNESS
Get ready to tone your whole body, with the outdoors as your playground. There are no four walls to hold you back in this class. This co-ed all in one body workout class will enhance your weight loss and target those problem areas. This class combines intervals of cardio and body sculpting. All fitness levels welcome!

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

ADULT AQUATIC PROGRAMS

FREE TO SILVER AND GOLD MEMBERS MEMBERSHIP CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT EACH CLASS

This is a low impact aquatic class that is joint friendly and a fun way to condition your heart and lungs. It's a great way to challenge your core as well as strengthen your muscles. The class includes water walking, light cardio and use of a variety of equipment. Great for all fitness levels, no swimming ability required.

AQUA SCULPT
A great way to tone and strengthen your entire body. Using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, noodles and flutter boards you will receive a great low impact workout. No swimming ability is required.

AQUA JOG
This high energy class includes shallow water low impact workouts, kicking exercises, abdominal moves, and upper body resistance training. Use these exercises to build muscle, increase aerobic conditioning, improve flexibility and lose weight. You don't even need to know how to swim!
