Payment/Refund Policies
Program Refund
Missed classes cannot be made up, and do not qualify for a refund. Classes interrupted by inclement weather, power failure, building evacuation, mechanical difficulties and/or pool fouling will not be made up or refunded.
You may withdraw from a program up to 5 business days prior to the program start date, in writing, by completing a refund request form. Consideration for all refund requests will be given as long as the request meets the criteria within the chart below. All refunds will be processed according to the chart on page 13 and submission does not guarantee a refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.

**Important note - All requests for transfers/refunds for Aquatic Leadership/Program Workshops/One Day Courses/Day Camp Programs must be received in writing 5 business days or more prior to the program start date. Customers cannot register for these courses once the program has begun; therefore this time is required to ensure course viability. Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel in writing at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the program. No refunds for course materials or excursions/field trips will be issued if proper written notification is not received**
PROGRAM TRANSFERS - Transfers will be permitted if program space is available. You may transfer programs up to and including the 3rd day of the program.
CREDITS ON ACCOUNT - Customers may request a credit to their account upon cancelling registration (following Program Transfer and Refund Policy on page 43 of this guide). All credits on account accumulated prior to January 1, 2011 will expire on December 31, 2011. Any credit applied to a customer’s account effective January 1, 2011 will remain on account for 12 months and can be applied to another registration.
